    1. General information

    The Service operator and personal-data controller is: Qunaro, Żurawia 6/12 suite 745 Operator’s contact e-mail address: gdpr@qunaro.xyz The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily in the Service.
    The Service uses personal data for the following purposes:
    Fulfilment of ordered services,
    Debt collection,
    Presentation of an offer or information
    The Service gathers information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
    Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    By saving cookie files on end devices (so-called “cookies”).

    2. Selected data-protection methods used by the Operator

    The places where you log in and enter personal data are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.

    3. Hosting

    The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on internal servers. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
    resources identified by URL (addresses of requested pages/files),
    time the request arrived,
    time the response was sent,
    client station name – identification provided by the HTTP protocol,
    information on errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if entry to the Service followed a link,
    information about the user’s browser,
    information about the IP address,
    diagnostic information relating to self-ordering of services via recorders on the site,
    information connected with e-mail handled by and sent from the Operator.

    4. Your rights and additional information on data use

    In certain situations the Controller may transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform the contract with you or to fulfil statutory obligations. This applies to:
    authorised employees and collaborators who use the data to operate the website.
    Your personal data are processed no longer than necessary to carry out activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). Marketing data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
    You have the right to request from the Controller:

    You have the right to object, as described in section 3.2, to processing carried out for the Controller’s legitimate interests, including profiling, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular to establish, exercise or defend claims.
    You may lodge a complaint about the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
    Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out to provide services under the agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing.
    Personal data are not transferred to third countries as defined by data-protection regulations; they are not sent outside the European Union.

    5. Information in forms

    The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if supplied.
    The Service may save information on connection parameters (timestamp, IP address). In some cases the Service may save information linking form data with the e-mail address of the user completing the form; the address then appears in the page URL containing the form. Data provided in a form are processed for the purpose indicated by that form, e.g. handling a service request, commercial contact, service registration, etc. The context and description of each form clearly indicate its function.

    The Operator analyses site traffic statistically via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). No personal data are passed to the provider—only anonymised information.     8. Information about cookies
